Here’s why I detest fast food. These places have pictures of their food looking all fresh and tasty. You see it on television, and on their order boards. Then when you order it, yahh right, looks nothing like the photo. That’s false advertising. Seriously, quit advertising your food as designer foods and start advertising it like it is. Cheap, fast and greasy. Some nutritionists have recommended to avoid fast food restaurants altogether. Besides being saturated with calories and fat, fast food is often loaded with sodium – another big dietary no-no. I know fast food will never be perfect. It's cheap and it's quick- that's the whole purpose of getting fast food. Fast food is a lot of things. It is convenient, it is affordable, and it is poorly made. What it is not is healthy. It has become the norm for us to expect a crappy product when we order, yet we keep going back like pigs to the trough. They keep selling crap, and we keep buying it. Disgusting!  We all need to Smarten Up!!
